PUR 1660A/B is a two-component-free-free room temperature or a heat-curable polyurethane gel for two-component sealing and filling. The raw material does not contain heavy metals, green environmental protection, wide process, high finished physical properties, and good binding properties. The room temperature and heating curing can be deeply cured, and the two groups have a good fluidity after mixing, the hardness is extremely low, the flexibility is excellent, and the low temperature resistance is excellent. It is used in communication equipment,transformers, control power, ignition Pouring and potting of controllers, electronic sensors, medical insoles etc.
Optical grade transparent polyurethane potting sealant is a resin used for protecting electronic components like LEDs while maintaining high clarity. How it works
This is typically a two-component system that cures through a chemical reaction when the resin and hardener are mixed.The chemical cross-linking process hardens the liquid into a solid, protective encapsulant.Products often have a low viscosity, which allows them to flow easily into tight spaces and around complex parts.

Storage conditions
a) Unused raw materials should be stored in well-sealed barrels to avoid moisture intrusion and affect raw material quality. The opened material should be sealed and stored, and used up as soon as possible.
b) It is recommended to store in a cool area, avoid direct sunlight.
c) Storage temperature: 10-30℃ , storage period of material A is 12 months, and material B is 6 months.
